Roman Rytov
Founder & CEO
Roman founded Ereztech with a vision to bridge the gap between specialty chemical R&D and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Over the past decade, he has grown the company from a specialty distributor into a strategic tier-two supplier to leading chipmakers globally. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Volgograd State University and an MBA from Georgia State University, and spent more than a decade at SAP before launching Ereztech.
Dr. Nathan Allen
Site Director
Nathan oversees operations at both of Ereztech’s Wisconsin facilities, ensuring production schedules, safety standards, and quality systems run seamlessly across every function. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine, and brings more than two decades of experience spanning organometallic synthesis, new product R&D, and technical business development across advanced materials markets. His background includes published research in organometallic chemistry and patents across multiple technology areas.
Dr. David Roberts
CTO
Dave has over 35 years of experience in the design, synthesis, and manufacture of thin film precursors for semiconductor and other high-end applications, with 47 patents across various aspects of thin film deposition and etching. As CTO, he oversees all areas of organometallic chemical development and supports innovative new applications across the company’s portfolio. He served in technical and senior technology management roles at Air Products and Chemicals (including Schumacher and Specialty Gases), and was VP of Materials Development at Nantero prior to joining Ereztech. He holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic/Organometallic Chemistry from Penn State.
Dr. Hima Lingam
Director of R&D
Hima Kumar Lingam joined Ereztech in 2020 and built the R&D function from the ground up, leading the team responsible for developing high-purity specialty materials from laboratory research through pilot-scale manufacturing. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completed postdoctoral research at Ohio State University, and brings more than 15 years of expertise in advanced materials chemistry across semiconductor, catalysis, and specialty chemical applications. He is the inventor or co-inventor of multiple patents and has authored numerous scientific publications in materials chemistry and synthesis.
Dr. Donald Morrison
Director of Business Development
Donald brings more than 30 years of experience in the development, scale-up, and commercialization of high-purity, air-sensitive, and pyrophoric compounds across pharmaceutical, catalyst, and specialty chemical industries. His career spans senior roles at Dow Chemical, W.R. Grace, and Boulder Scientific, where he led cross-functional teams in R&D, manufacturing, and business development and drove significant commercial growth. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Colorado State University.
Tim Gilligan
Principal Process Engineer
Tim brings more than 30 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with deep expertise in the development and scale-up of air-sensitive, pyrophoric, and high-purity compounds. At Ereztech, he leads process development — translating laboratory syntheses into robust, production-ready manufacturing processes — and serves as the company’s safety lead, overseeing the protocols that protect operations and personnel.
Christina Mattioli
Director of Finance & Administration
Christina oversees Ereztech’s finance, accounting, and HR functions, bringing 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. She has deep expertise in financial operations within specialty chemical businesses, having previously managed multiple acquisitions and integrations of small and mid-sized companies. At Ereztech, she serves as a key stakeholder in long-term operational planning, connecting financial strategy to the company’s growth objectives.
Steve McGuigan
Director of Strategy
Steve joined Ereztech in 2020 and leads the company’s strategic and commercial direction, with a focus on global account management and growth in the semiconductor market. He brings more than 25 years of general management and sales leadership in the semiconductor industry, with a track record of building and guiding international teams. Steve has worked with tier-one chipmakers across multiple geographies and helped specialty chemical suppliers navigate significant commercial expansion.
