Y(TMHD)₃
Yttrium source: The standard MOCVD source for yttrium in REBCO coated conductors. High purity, consistent sublimation rate.
Ba(TMHD)₂(phenanthroline)₂
Barium source: The preferred barium precursor for REBCO MOCVD, chosen for its enhanced volatility and thermal stability.
Cu(TMHD)₂
Copper source: Reliable copper precursor qualified for REBCO deposition processes.
Zr(TMHD)₄
Zirconium dopant BaZrO₃ pinning center dopant for enhanced critical current density in high applied fields.
Gd(TMHD)₃
Gadolinium dopant RE-site dopant for mixed rare earth REBCO compositions and performance tuning.
Hf(TMHD)₄
Hafnium dopant BaHfO₃ pinning center dopant; increasingly used alongside or in place of zirconium.
