Our STEM Internship Program is designed for rising college seniors and graduate students pursuing degrees in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields. You’ll work alongside experienced scientists and engineers on real projects — not busywork — gaining practical skills that prepare you for a career in advanced materials.

Synthetic Chemist
Work in our synthesis labs developing and optimizing organometallic compounds for semiconductor and advanced materials applications.

- Schlenk line and glovebox operations

Process Engineer
Support manufacturing operations and process development, translating lab-scale chemistry into production-ready processes.
- Process flow and equipment design
- Scale-up from bench to pilot
- Process documentation (SOPs)
- Yield and efficiency optimization
Analytical Scientist
Ensure product quality through analytical method development and execution in our fully-equipped QC laboratory.
- GC-MS, ICP-OES, NMR analysis

Comprehensive Safety Training
