Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026 This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Ereztech LLC (“Ereztech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit ereztech.com (the “Site”), request quotes or safety data, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the cookies and similar technologies we use, and the rights available to you under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you complete a contact, quote, or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) request form, or sign up for our newsletter, you may provide your name, business email address, company or institution, phone number, country, and the content of your inquiry. We use this information to respond to you, process quotes and orders, provide requested documents, and send communications you have opted into.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site. See Section 6 for details on cookies.

2.3 Information from third-party embeds

Some pages include embedded media (for example, YouTube or Vimeo videos) and may include a live chat widget. These third parties may set their own cookies and collect data when you interact with the embedded content, subject to their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and provide quotes, products, and documentation; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; send newsletters and marketing communications where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law; analyze Site usage and performance; ensure security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations relevant to specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, marketing emails and non-essential cookies); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (for example, processing a quote or order); our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, provided these are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed with: service providers who act on our behalf (for example, website hosting, email marketing platforms, analytics providers, and customer communication tools); professional advisors; and authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights. Some analytics and advertising technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” as broadly defined under the CCPA/CPRA; see Section 8 for how to opt out.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the Site is used. We manage cookies through our consent management platform, WPConsent, which lets you accept or reject categories of non-essential cookies and change your choices at any time. On your first visit, non-essential cookies are not set until you consent. You can update your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the Site footer. We use the following categories of cookies:
  • Necessary — required for the Site to function (e.g., security, basic navigation, remembering your consent choice). These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Functional — enable enhanced features such as embedded video and live chat.
  • Marketing — used to deliver or measure relevant communications, if enabled.
A current, itemized list of the cookies in use appears below.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@ereztech.com.

8. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared; request access to or deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate information; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including certain analytics/advertising cookies). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at info@ereztech.com, or adjust your cookie choices via “Cookie Settings.”

9. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and safety-related obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
