Conflict Materials Statement
At no point in our manufacturing of custom metal-organics does Ereztech use any Conflict Minerals sourced from the “Conflict Region” as defined by USA law as the eastern portion of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries.
The specific metals in question are: Gold, Tantalum, Niobium, Tin, Iron, Manganese, and Tungsten. Details of the legislation can be found in Section 1502 of HR 4173, signed into law on July 21, 2010.
Our suppliers must provide written evidence of due diligence documenting that raw materials used to produce these metals for your organometallics do not originate from mining or smelting operations in the Conflict Region.
Ereztech is committed to legal and ethical compliance in all its business practices, and we will comply with this legislation, along with all related implementing regulations issued by the SEC or other agencies.
We will continue to proactively work with our suppliers, industry trade groups, and governmental agencies to verify a conflict-free supply chain for your custom metal-organic compounds.
