Niobium tetraethoxy dimethylaminoethoxide is a niobium-containing precursor compound that can be used for the forming of niobium-containing materials using vapor deposition methods. For example, this product was used for niobium oxide deposition. The deposition process was conducted in a high-vacuum chemical vapor deposition machine with precursor flux gradient capability.
