Ereztech provides world-class organometallic precursor R&D and manufacturing services for customers around the world, helping navigate the uncertainties of any feasibility analysis with deep molecular synthesis capability for both design and manufacturing of final selection. Our expert chemists work with a wide range of organometallics, metals, air-sensitive materials, including principal main group, transition metal and rare earth complexes, ligands, and other building blocks, used in deposition precursors for electronics production, functional industrial coatings, photovoltaics, energy storage, and numerous advanced material, specialty chemical applications.

Our proprietary BridgeForward™ approach, featuring the 25grams™ program, enables us to serve as an extension of our customers’ R&D departments, offering rapid metal-organic molecule development in batches as small as 25 grams. We provide comprehensive change management as part of our pre-production ramp-up process, including qualifying supply chain partners, optimizing logistics, and resolving potential bottlenecks, to ensure a smooth transition from initial testing to scalable production and ultimately achieving High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) in thousands of kilograms.

Superior Organometallic Expertise

Our advanced metal-organic chemists have developed more than 500 new methods of synthesis, producing hundreds of new hetero-organic compounds. Our United States R&D lab and manufacturing facility, located in in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, supports core research in the synthesis and analysis of air-sensitive metal-organic precursors to additional metal alkyls and hydrides, including pyrophorics, as well as expanded palladium, platinum and other noble metal offerings.

Our product portfolio gives you access to 1,100+ compounds, including a wide range of organometallics, metals, rare-earth derivatives, ligands and other building blocks used in ALD precursors during the production of electronics, photovoltaics, and fine and specialty chemicals.

Operational flexibility

History

Since our founding in 2010, Ereztech has become a competitive supplier and innovator of specialty organic, inorganic and organometallic compounds targeted especially for advanced material coatings, composites and catalyst applications.

In the beginning, we served mostly catalog customers by optimizing and overcoming logistical challenges for globally-sourced materials by streamlining the import process and offering our customers cost-saving solutions. As our business grew, we saw and pursued a gap in the semiconductor and ALD precursor space, which was a natural segue to our next phase of growth. We used our commercial experience and technical expertise to introduce new molecules and develop scalable synthesis techniques to meet the challenging needs of our customers. From there, we expanded our production capabilities into high-volume manufacturing quantities through development and implementation of our 25grams™ program and BridgeForward™ approach.

In April 2020, we opened our first state-side laboratory to become a more agile partner and reduce lead-times for our US-based customers. We continue to expand our international operations, leveraging our technical resources of 50+ PhD scientists, operational best practices and economies-of-scale to deliver high-quality, low-cost products to our customers.

Today, our growing US operations offer an expanded pyrophoric molecule portfolio, flexibility in product packaging, and local analytical capabilities. Our multinational business platform offers high purities, dual-sourcing and assured business continuity to support our customers’ growth objectives.
